Laurie is well known for her knowledge about the NDIS and has worked on NDIS project for 5 years. She is now passionately assisting NDIS participants to get the most out of the NDIS plans. Laurie works with a ‘social conscience’ and has worked tirelessly to advocate, support and assist people living with physical and mental ill health, addiction, disability, violence and criminality and now works in the corporate sector to enhance the social, emotional and physical well being of managers and staff.
As Founder of NLP she drives the business in a way to ensure it contributes towards sustainable development by delivering social, economic and environmental benefits to all its customers.
Laurie is a published author and public speaker with lived experience which she candidly shares in her book ‘A tormented life freed’access it for free via the download tab. She also teaches and provides life coaching services.

Sarah encourages and supports the principle of Social Valorisation. She acknowledges that not all people are positively valued in their communities. Her overaching goal is to create and support NLP participants to access and embrace socially valued roles within their local communites.
She does love a chat. Sarah is usually the one on the end of the phone, especially if you are one of our NDIS participants. She will help you get the most out of your NDIS plan and access the services you need to achieve your goals.
Sarah works tirelessly within the community promoting growth and empowerment and will support people to achieve their goals and access ethical and professional services. She has a large network of providers that she can access for you. She also assists with our philanthropic community projects including the Pay it Forward, Christmas projects as well as feeding the homeless and providing support packages.

Steve enables and empowers people with disabilities and students to participate postively in all aspects of life. Steve beleves that utlising a Person Centred Active Support is a rewarding way of working - both for the people we support and our team.
He knows that every moment has potential — every task, activity or interaction includes opportunities for our participants to grow and learn as well as maximising opportunities.
Steve also assists with processing students for training courses and will often be the liaison for information requests. He is a qualified Disability Support Worker who likes -Fishing, Swimming,Motor bike riding, Bush Trekking, Beach Walking, Gardening, Travelling on trains, planes and buses, Going to the markets, Shopping Centers, Movie cinemas, and meeting people , Bowling and Billiards, Surfing or just hanging out at the beach , He doesn’t mind the odd coffee and loves a social gathering or 2.

She works tirelessly building up the local youth and is a youth pastor at a local church. She has a passion for helping people grow and become the best version of themselves. She has worked in aged care supporting ad encouraging families and people living with a disability and has build a strong reputation for integrity and empathy.

Luke McDonald - Post Grad Addiction Studies, ADV DIP Community Sector Management Diploma of Counselling, Dual Diploma Mental Health-Alcohol and Other Drugs, Registered Counselor with ACA.
Luke McDonald has been involved in Mental Health since 2002, he has a passion for helping people resolve emotional issues and past trauma. He has appeared on National television and across numerous mainstream newspapers. He was an elected member of the State Council for Queenslands Mental Health peak body Queensland Alliance and was part of the advisory group that developed Mental Health First Aid Training for Gambling Addictions.
Luke provides 1-1 Counselling for Individuals and Families as well as group training in Mental Health.
